2001 ARIA Awards

Today was the announcement of the Aria Award Nominees, Clint is in attendance at the Pre Aria party, and just phoned through to advise that Something for Kate have received 4 new nominations for this years Aria Awards. Already announced was a nomination for Best Video and Best Artwork. In addition to these nominations, Something for Kate have been nominated in the following categories :

- Best Alternative Release (echolalia )
- Album of the Year (echolalia)
- Record of the Year (monsters)
- Best Group
- Channelv Australian Artist of the year Award.

Thanks to everyone that voted for Something for Kate for this Award.

If you'd like to attend the awards night and show your support for Something for Kate, a limited number of general public tickets will be available for sale for the 3rd October Awards Night. These will be $55 per ticket (+GST) and will be on sale from 3rd September 2001. Tickets will be available for purchase from Ticketmaster outlets.
