Locating a Product

Step 1:
Locate a product you are interested in purchasing.

Step 2:
Click on the "Buy" button, this will be under the display image of your product, or the image itself. This will take you to where the actual ordering and purchasing of this product will take place.

Step 3:
After clicking on the "Buy" button or the image you will be taken to a window where you can view a description of the product and change options.

Adding a Product To Your Order

Step 4:
Simply choose an option before proceeding

Step 5:
Now choose your payment method. Somethingforkate.com now accepts Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express) using PayPal.

Step 6:
Next click on the red ADD TO ORDER button to add this item to your Order.

Increasing/Decreasing Your Quantity And CHECKING OUT

Step 7:
After you have clicked on the red ADD TO ORDER button the page will refresh, and your Order List (located in center of the screen) will update itself with the item(s) you have just added. If you would like to change the quantity of this product, simply click on the drop down box and increase or decrease the quantity, this option box can be found to the right of your products name.

Step 8:
To add a different product to your order, click on "continue shopping".

Step 9: - Checking Out
When you have added all of the items you wish to purchase, simply click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button to proceed to the final stages of purchasing.

Step 11: - Shipping Details
The next page that loads will be where you need to enter your Shipping Details (where your Something For Kate or Paul Dempsey items will be mailed to). Ensure that all details are entered and are correct. Follow all the prompts and click the button to continue.

Step 12: - Payment Options
Select PayPal and wait to be redirected. If you already have a Paypal account, simply log in and proceed; OR you can open a Paypal account; OR you can simply proceed and purchase as a Paypal guest. Just follow the instructions on screen

How Much Will It Cost?
Shipping costs for orders from somethingforkate.com depend upon the quantity of items ordered and where you live. Prices are as follows :

*Australia - within Australia merchandise is sent via post, and the cost is $8.80 for 1 item, with $3.30 extra postage charged for each additional item (ie. To order one t-shirt - the postage will be $8.80; to order 2 x t-shirts in the same order - the postage will be $12.10.)

*New Zealand - Merchandise is sent via airmail to New Zealand, the cost
is $10.00 for 1 item; with $3.00 extra postage being charged for each
additional item.

*USA / Canada – Merchandise is sent via airmail to USA and Canada, the cost is $13.50 for 1 item; with $6.00 extra postage being charged for each additional item.

*Asia/Pacific - countries included are : China, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (south), Malaysia, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam. Cost is $12.00 for 1 item; with $5.00 extra postage being charged for each additional item.

*Rest of the World – Merchandise is sent via airmail to the rest of the world, the cost is $15.50 for 1 item; with $8.50 extra postage being charged for each additional item.

*Tax (Australia Only): All Prices in Consume Exclude GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax). GST (10%) will be added to the final total price of orders within Australia. GST is not applicable to International orders.

The shipping cost will be displayed on the Review Order Screen after you enter your shipping address and before you submit your order.

When Should I Expect To Receive My Order?
Orders are normally despatched from Consume within 1-3 working days from receipt. If you have not received your order within Australia in 10 days time, you should email Consume and check if there is a delay. International orders – please allow 14 days from placement.

Exchange / Refund Policy

Clothing sizes are specified on each item on the website – we suggest you check the supplied measurements against a shirt you already have for comparison before ordering. However, if you need to exchange or want a refund within 14 days of purchase – please email consume@somethingforkate.com OR consume@pauldempseymusic.com and explain your problem. You will receive a prompt reply giving instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return any items to Consume without making prior contact.
