The first single to be lifted from Something For Kate's new album has been confirmed for release on July 7. The single titled: Déjà vu was recorded at Mangrove Studio's on Sydney's North Coast and was produced by legendary producer Trina Shoemaker.

The first single to be lifted from Something For Kate's new album has been confirmed for release on July 7. The single titled: Déjà vu was recorded at Mangrove Studio's on Sydney's North Coast and was produced by legendary producer Trina Shoemaker (Queens of the Stone Age, Sheryl Crow, Wilco & SFK's 'Echolalia'). ALBUM TITLE - 'THE OFFICIAL FICTION' The title of SFK's forthcoming brand new album has been confirmed as 'The Official Fiction'. The album, which was mastered in Los Angeles last month, features a number of special guest vocalists including Caitlin Cary (ex: Whiskeytown, Ryan Adams), Grant Lee Phillips (of Grant Lee Buffalo) and Lisa Germano who has contributed vocals to two of the album tracks. Further details on the album and tracklisting will be revealed on the website in the coming weeks, so keep checking for updates. The album is set for Australian release in late August.
